  • Where do we deliver?
    We deliver to all postcodes in the UK. We do not currently process orders from outside of the UK. Manns Cookies cannot accept liability for any late deliveries once the order has been despatched.
  • When do we deliver?
    All orders must be made before 12pm for next day delivery from Tuesday - Friday. All orders placed from Friday (after 12pm) to Sunday will be delivered by the following Tuesday. We aim always to get orders baked, boxed and out for next day delivery. Unfortunately, Manns Cookies cannot guarantee that delivery instructions provided to us will be carried out and are not liable for any errors made by our courier partners and can't be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Delivery is £4.00 to most UK postcodes. Postage for orders of +24 cookies, maybe higher. All orders will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail 1 Class Signed For. Manns Cookies cannot accept liability for any late deliveries once the order has been dispatched.
  • How long do Manns Cookies stay fresh?
    We advise you to consume your Manns Cookies within 3-5 days of delivery, to ensure freshness...that's if they hang around for that long! #treatyoself Manns Cookies are freezable and will keep in the freezer for upto 3 weeks.
  • How to receive my 25% NHS discount code?
    Email your Name, position and a quick photo of your NHS ID to And we will reply with a unique discount code to use at checkout.
  • Do I have to share my Manns?
    Sharing is caring at Manns Cookies, But we hold ZERO judgment if you eat all the cookies or the entire box yourself. It has happened.
  • How do I amend an order?
    If you need to amend an order for whatever reason, please get in touch right away by sending us an e-mail to We will try our best to assist you, however, if your order has already left the kitchen then, unfortunately, there isn't much we can do. Apologies!
